Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Engineering Career? We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role would be ideal for someone with minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience who is looking to develop their career and take on greater responsibility within a supportive engineering environment. Perhaps you're currently working as a Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician or Engineering Technician and are ready for the next challenge. You'll be working in a team of engineers, gaining exposure to a wide range of machinery and equipment while helping to keep our production operation running safely, reliably and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing - Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across production machinery and site facilities. - Responding to equipment breakdowns and assisting with fault finding and repairs. - Supporting machinery installations, modifications and improvement projects. - Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise performance. - Maintaining maintenance records and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. - Supporting continuous improvement activities and helping identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability. - Following all health, safety, quality and environmental procedures. Full job description available on request. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn and passion for engineering. Essential - Recognised Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship. - Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance, engineering or manufacturing environment. - Mechanical maintenance experience gained through work experience, apprenticeship or technical role. - Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work safely and follow established procedures. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - A proactive approach and desire to develop your engineering career. - Recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
