Senior Software Developer, Cerberus

As a Senior Software Developer, you will spearhead ground breaking innovation and foster a culture of excellence in AI-driven engineering on our facial recognition and identity platform. The platform leverages cutting-edge AI technology to deliver robust and scalable solutions. The engineering team designs and implements robust facial recognition and identity systems. It works in a full-stack environment to support global expansion, ensuring high-quality software delivery. This role sets the standard for a talented group of developers to innovate and excel in delivering reliable solutions. It embraces an AI-first culture and champions the adoption of next-generation tooling and image analysis to accelerate delivery and enhance code quality. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid work from home policy. - Expert knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang or React. - Proven experience building highly scalable systems, preferably in the cloud (GCP valued). - Proficiency in developing customer-centric front-end solutions. - Exposure to NoSQL datastores. - Leadership experience within development teams and technical project delivery. - Capability in technical leadership, mentorship, pairing opportunities, and code reviews. - Strong technical documentation skills. - Deep understanding of large-scale, highly available, multiuser, service-based systems. - Familiarity with on-call rotations and incident response.
