The continued growth of our fulfillment businesses requires active management of Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or another related field - Experience utilizing commercial real estate software platforms such as Tango, Yardi, or MRI - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Speak, write, and read fluently in German - Extensive prior experience in property or asset management within commercial real estate, corporate occupier, developer, fund, or landlord entity. - Exhibited expertise in analyzing and clearly explaining complex lease terminology and provisions. - Proficient in using commercial real estate management software platforms, Microsoft Office, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems to effectively manage client relationships and data. - Demonstrated proficiency in understanding commercial and industrial building systems, including fire and life safety systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure. The ability to comprehend and analyze construction blueprints is highly valued.
