This role can be performed from the following countries: Luxembourg, UK/IE, France, Germany, Italy, Spain. There will be travel required up to 30% of the time, mostly within the EU.About the RoleJoin Amazon's Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience in Employee Experience / Labor Relations roles, with demonstrated multi-country EU exposure - Fluency in written and spoken English (Common European Framework of Reference C2) - Proven track record of building trusted advisory relationships with executive stakeholders (Director level and above) - Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple countries in a complex, matrixed organization - Demonstrated ability to use data and business metrics to inform EXR strategy and recommendations
