We are seeking a talented Sales Compensation Analyst to join the Business Unit Operations team supporting AGS EMEA Sales Teams. Reporting into the AGS EMEA Sales Compensation Manager, you will partner
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of prior sales compensation experience - Experience with sales ICM tools such as Varicent, Xactly, or similar software
