Basic qualifications:
- Experience with quality tools such as statistical process control, Six Sigma and Lean tools including Pareto charts/8D problem solving, FMEA, MSA/GR&R, FAI (first article inspection), Cpk (statistical process capability), or PPAP
- Experience managing multiple development programs in parallel
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, material engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields
