The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional Basic qualifications: - Experience in the fashion industry, or experience in natural language data labeling, data annotation, linguistic annotation or other forms of data markup - • Proven fashion industry background, with a strong understanding of styling, seasonal trends, and the broader fashion landscape. • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Producer, Production Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a production company, design studio, or in-house creative operations team. • Proven expertise in campaign management for digital marketing across various platforms, including mobile, web, and social media. • Extensive experience producing luxury and premium video content, with understanding in virtual production and optimizing post-production workflows for high-volume output. • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and exceptionally organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines. • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and input from cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders. • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Solid understanding of creative best practices and digital content development processes. • Proven experience and understanding of creative processes and talent resourcing to effectively execute campaigns and events to the highest standard.
