We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across our London studio. In this role, you will own the day-to-day operational rhythm of the studio — overseeing workflow,
Basic qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production or operations environment
- Experience directly managing a team of individual contributors
- Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements, preferably using LEAN or Six Sigma methodology
- Experience driving multi-stakeholder projects from concept to delivery across different teams and functions
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (SQL, Access, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with capacity planning, volume forecasting, and resource allocation
