Requirements: - 5+ years of experience at a proprietary trading firm or pod shop - 2+ years of experience in a risk-taking role - Ability to clearly articulate your strategy and provide validation - Accountability for own actions - Possessor of high moral character and integrity DV is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms.
