At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.
Our main site is based in Midhurst and we have three smaller branches within a 9 mile radius. We are situated in the beautiful South Downs, a stone throws away from the coast and London, giving the best of both worlds.
We are an hour from both Heathrow and Gatwick Airport allowing for close transport links to Europe and beyond. Our main branch has recently had our kennels refurbished, having a separate dog and cat ward allowing for improved patient welfare.
Looking for flexibility? We'd love to talk.
Whether you're looking for a full-time role, two days a week, school hours, evenings, Saturdays only, a Saturday plus a weekday, or something in between, we'd love to hear from you.
We know that one size doesn't fit all, so we're genuinely open to creating a working pattern that works for both you and the practice. If you're a great vet looking for flexibility, let's have a conversation.
Join Our Team
We're looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, supportive team. More than anything, we're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, values great patient care and wants to be part of a practice where people genuinely look out for each other.
We're proud of the culture we've built. Our vets, nurses and reception team work closely together, sharing ideas, supporting one another through busy days and celebrating the wins together. Everyone's opinion matters here, and there's always someone happy to discuss a case or lend a hand when needed.
We enjoy a varied caseload, giving you the opportunity to develop your interests while still seeing a good mix of medicine and surgery. You'll have the freedom to work cases up, with support from experienced colleagues whenever you need it.
What your week could look like
Because we're flexible, your role can be too. Whether you'd prefer consulting, a balance of consulting and surgery, or are looking for a particular working pattern, we'll work with you wherever possible.
There may be opportunities to work across our main site and branches, but we're happy to discuss what works best for you.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon (or someone eligible to register) who enjoys being part of a supportive team and shares our commitment to providing excellent patient and client care.
Whether you're returning to practice, looking to reduce your hours, fitting work around family or other commitments, or simply searching for a practice that offers genuine flexibility, we'd love to have a conversation.
