Customer Service Team Manager - Barlborough, Chesterfield Derbyshire - 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Saturday (1 in 8 Saturdays worked) - Competitive salary and bonus scheme Can you lead, develop and motivate a team of customer service professionals? You will lead a team of customer service representatives, coaching them to deliver their best. We are looking for someone with a track record of delivering contact centre-related targets with excellent call-handling and complaint resolution skills.
