We're Hiring | Business Development Manager | SWRnewstar Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and winning new business? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at SWRnewstar and play a key role in delivering our growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to identify and secure new business opportunities across the waste and resource management sector, working closely with our commercial team to deliver innovative, value-led solutions for our customers. In this role, you'll: - Identify and develop new business opportunities. - Build strong relationships with prospective customers. - Create and manage a healthy sales pipeline. - Lead opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from first contact to contract award. - Help drive ambitious business growth targets. This is a remote-based role; however, regular travel to customer sites and meetings will be required, making flexibility and a willingness to travel essential.
