Project Controller/Cost Engineer

We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Controls Engineer to support large-scale, safety-critical programmes. The role focuses on supporting project delivery through effective planning, cost control, reporting, and governance across complex engineering environments. Key Responsibilities: - Support project planning and scheduling activities - Maintain and track project cost, budget, and financial forecasts - OPEX - Produce progress reports and performance dashboard. - Track key metrics (SPI, CPI, Earned Value) - Manage risks, issues, and change control processes - Work closely with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams - Support project governance and reporting requirements Required Skills: - Strong background in PMO, Project Controls, Planning, or Cost Engineering - Proven experience working with tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar - Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) - Experience within regulated environments. Required Qualifications: - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience. Desirable Skills: - Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex engineering programmes - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Experience working with stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams
