Senior Finance Analyst

We’re recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, asking good questions and turning financial information into clear insight. You’ll support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis, while also helping the team improve how it uses data, automation and emerging technology. The role would suit someone analytical, curious and collaborative, with strong attention to detail and an interest in making finance processes simpler, clearer and more efficient What you’ll be doing: - Supporting financial planning, forecasting and reporting activities - Preparing, reviewing and explaining financial data for stakeholders - Reviewing data exceptions and supporting month-end activity linked to AUM and flows - Supporting monthly ANNR forecasting and distribution team data requests - Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate finance processes - Collaborating with Data colleagues on automation projects, testing and implementation - Maintaining and improving reporting tools, dashboards and analysis packs - Building trusted relationships across Finance, business stakeholders and technical teams Who we’re looking for: - Part-qualified accountant, working towards ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent, or able to demonstrate relevant finance experience - Experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting or management information - Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data, variances and key movements - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate, well-controlled outputs - Clear communication skills and confidence working with Finance, business and technical stakeholders - Good Excel skills, with Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools beneficial - Interest in automation, process improvement and practical AI use in finance - Asset Management experience would be helpful, but is not essential Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
