Care Professional - Early mornings till lunch

Available Hours We are looking for Care Professionals in the Leicester area who have access to their own car and a valid driving licence who can start work from 6:45am through till 2pm. Immediate starts are available following completion of training, successful DBS checks, and receipt of four satisfactory references. What Does the Role Involve? As a Care Professional, no two days are the same. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Your role may include: - Companionship and emotional support - Assisting with personal care - Supporting mobility around the home - Medication support and monitoring wellbeing - Light housekeeping, cleaning, and vacuuming - Preparing and cooking meals - Running errands including shopping and prescription collection What We’re Looking For We are looking for people who are: - Compassionate and caring - Reliable and trustworthy - Adaptable and personable - Excellent communicators - Passionate about supporting older people Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full industry-leading training is provided.
