Care Professional - lunch time through to late evening

Available Hours We are looking for Care Professionals who have access to their own vehicle with a valid driving licence to work mid-afternoon through to late evenings. 2pm-10pm. Immediate starts are available following completion of training, successful DBS checks, and receipt of four satisfactory references. What Does the Role Involve? As a Care Professional, no two days are the same. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Your role may include: - Companionship and emotional support - Assisting with personal care - Supporting mobility around the home - Medication support and monitoring wellbeing - Light housekeeping, cleaning, and vacuuming - Preparing and cooking meals - Running errands including shopping and prescription collection What We’re Looking For We are looking for people who are: - Compassionate and caring - Reliable and trustworthy - Adaptable and personable - Excellent communicators - Passionate about supporting older people Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full industry-leading training is provided.
