Desirable (nice to have): - Experience planning and delivering omnichannel campaigns (digital + in-branch activation) with performance tracking and optimisation. - Experience running sales enablement activity such as branch events, roadshows, or structured product training programmes. - Evidence of improving customer adoption/retention and basket growth through education and field-based marketing activity.
