- As a Care Coordinator, you will manage client care, lead a dedicated team, and ensure smooth, compliant daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client & Team Management: Lead the Client Experience team, foster a positive culture, and manage client relationships, reviews, and communications.
- Assessments & Care Planning: Conduct new client consultations, complete necessary paperwork, and create/audit digital care plans.
- Scheduling & Systems: Create and maintain precise visit schedules and update records on our care management systems.
- Quality & Compliance: Identify training needs from audits and ensure compliance with all company policies and CQC regulations.
- Operational Flexibility: Participate in the on-call rota and support field staff during emergencies (which may include undertaking care visits if needed).
- Growth & Value: Maintain a cost-saving mindset in all actions and participate in local networking and marketing events.
What We Are Looking:
For we are looking for an intelligent, self-driven, and highly organised individual who fits the following criteria:
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in the care sector is preferred but not essential. Candidates from outside the care sector who excel in this role usually come from fast-paced, customer-centric environments that require a mix of logistics, people management, and strict compliance. For example Medical and Dental receptionists, Legal assistants, Conveyancing secretaries, school administrators/Exam Officers, Call centre team leaders, Hotel Front office supervisors, Duty managers in retail etc.
- Tech & System Skills: Proficient with standard Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a proven ability to learn new digital systems quickly.
- Education & Communication: A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) and an excellent, clear telephone manner.
- Mobility: Access to a reliable means of transport is required for local travel.
