Amazon is seeking an Basic qualifications: - Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects - Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field - Experience managing program managers or technical program managers in a deployment, infrastructure, or operations environment - Experience owning cross-functional program delivery end-to-end, from planning and capital approval through execution and handover - Experience designing governance mechanisms, operating cadences, and delivery frameworks for multiple concurrent programs - Experience driving cross-functional alignment across organizations such as finance, operations, supply chain, and engineering - Experience influencing within a VP organization, advising Senior Managers and Directors on program strategy, prioritization, and trade-offs - Experience managing program portfolios with capital governance, plan of record management, and financial accountability
