Relief Security Officer

Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: - Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors with a professional and customer-focused approach. - Conducting regular site patrols, security inspections, and safety checks to protect people, property, and assets. - Monitoring access and egress points, CCTV systems, and ensuring all security protocols and client procedures are followed. - Responding effectively to incidents, emergencies, alarm activations, evacuations, and search procedures. - Maintaining vigilance at all times, preventing disruption, identifying risks, and reporting incidents promptly. - Completing accurate incident reports, site records, handovers, and all required security documentation. - Previous experience within a corporate security environment is desirable. Ideally, you’ll have: - Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence. First Aid qualification. CCTV Licence. - Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle. - Previous experience in corporate security environments. - Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Excellent customer service skills with a smart and professional appearance. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexible approach to working hours, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
