Essential Requirements: - Valid UK Driving Licence - Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use - Right to work in the UK - Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) - Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees Preferred Qualifications: - Health and Safety awareness or basic training - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks - Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development - Reliable transport and punctuality record - Flexibility and adaptability to support client continuity
