At Income Insurance, our HR Payroll team is a trusted, dedicated, and skilled team responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services while providing quality support to employees on payroll-related matters. As a Payroll & People Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of payroll operations and supporting HR compliance and benefits administration. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the HR Services, HR Compliance, and Rewards teams to deliver efficient HR operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and enhance employee experience through effective service delivery and continuous process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both payroll excellence and broader HR operational initiatives, including compliance governance, benefits administration, process optimisation, and HR transformation projects.
