Lead Technical Program Manager - Vector Innovation Hub

Join the small team behind Vector, the firm’s 17,000-strong software engineering community. This rare hybrid role blends Innovation Hub ownership with community leadership—defining and evolving Vector’s Innovation Hub (the end-to-end web app and process for capturing, evaluating, proving and progressing ideas from across the technology community), while organising and promoting Vector’s continuous stream of activities alongside a global network of ~60 volunteer Regional Leads. We need a high-ownership initiative and product leader who can take the Hub from pre-production to a fully functional, always-on system, influence and engage senior stakeholders, and confidently facilitate sessions for large audiences—while enabling others to shine.
