Lead Software Engineer - Java / Oracle - ETF Technology

We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President, Senior Software Engineer — Java/Oracle to join our ETF Technology team in EMEA, supporting a fast-growing UCITS ETF business with close to £5bn in AUM. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the leading platforms in the Active ETF space, partnering closely with stakeholders across platform technology, product strategy, portfolio management, and middle office. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Java engineer with strong Oracle/database expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset toward production support and continuous improvement. Basic ETF or financial markets knowledge is highly desirable, with a strong willingness to learn essential. The team is also embracing AI-enabled engineering practices in alignment with firmwide policy, offering the successful candidate exposure to modern development approaches in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
