Account Manager

You’ll lead from the front, setting high standards across food, service and hospitality while creating a positive, ambitious culture within your team. - Drive financial performance and achieve agreed budget targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Ensure consistently high standards of food, hospitality and customer service. - Develop and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results. - Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational standards - Proven experience in a multi-site hospitality, catering or facilities management role. - Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance. - Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support. - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Full UK driving licence is essential due to the multi-site nature of the role.
