Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our Hospitality and Reception team in London Headquarters of Executive Search and Recruitment Company. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong people skills, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality. WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY: - Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service to clients and guests. - Serving refreshments, breakfasts, and lunches in meeting rooms. - Setting up, clearing, and resetting meeting rooms to the required standards. - Washing and polishing glassware, crockery, and cutlery. - Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked hospitality pantry at all times. - Supporting hospitality events, including breakfast meetings, working lunches, fine dining lunches and dinners, drinks receptions, and canapé events. - Building positive relationships with clients and understanding their individual preferences and requirements. - A positive, can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail. - A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. - Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage duties with minimal supervision. - A professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach. - Reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile. - Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented. - Commitment to maintaining high standards and upholding company values. - Previous customer service experience is essential, ideally within a corporate hospitality environment. - Fine dining experience is desirable. - Flexibility to support occasional early starts and overtime for hospitality events and functions.
