Executive/Senior Executive, Travel Claims

Consumer GI Operations is a team that supports the General Insurance (GI) operations at Income. We played a key role in GI Consumer Business by supporting our stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processing. As an Executive/Senior Executive in Consumer GI Operations, General Insurance Claims, your key responsibilities include the following:- • Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit • Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement of claims • Liaise with various external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjuster or assistance company where necessary • To be vigilant and escalate suspicious case for further investigation • To assist supervisor in preparing and analysing exception reports and daily productivity reports
