Mobile patrol Officer

Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: - Conduct mobile patrols, alarm responses, lock/unlock duties, and site inspections. - Protect people, property, assets, and vacant premises. - Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times. - Complete accurate incident reports and follow escalation procedures. - Manage keys, security equipment, and company vehicles responsibly. - Follow assignment instructions, health and safety procedures, and company policies. - Maintain compliance with SIA standards and safe driving practices. - Demonstrate the core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Ideally, you’ll have: - Valid SIA Licence / SIA Front Line Licence - Full UK Driving Licence - Previous security experience preferred, ideally within a mobile patrol environment - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends - Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history - British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements) - Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure - Committed to delivering excellent service while upholding the values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness - Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
