Join our team as a Site Security Supervisor at a secure, professional site in Reading 💷 Pay & Hours 💷 £18.83 per hour ⏰ 40 hours per week 🔄 Monday to Friday 🌞 Days Only 📄 Full Time Permanent 🛡️ The Role 👥 Lead and support a team of Security Officers 🚨 Manage incidents and emergency responses 🚶 Conduct patrols and compliance checks 🖥️ Monitor CCTV and access control 📝 Complete reports and documentation 🤝 Liaise with site management and emergency services ✅ What You Need 🎫 Valid SIA Licence ⭐ Previous security supervisory experience 💬 Strong leadership and communication skills 💻 Good IT and report writing skills 🔄 Flexibility to work days and nights 🔐 Eligible for SC Clearance 🇬🇧 British citizen 📑 5 year checkable work history
