Site Security Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee security services at our Radway Green site. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving high performance across your team while maintaining the highest levels of safety and compliance. The role includes responsibility for responding to out-of-hours emergency calls, ensuring urgent issues such as blow-outs and critical incidents are managed effectively and without delay. Key Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day delivery of security operations across the Radway Green site, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. - Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing security team, promoting a positive and professional culture. - Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies, procedures, and training requirements. - Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions and escalating issues where required. - Oversee the accurate reporting, investigation, and management of incidents, activations, and security-related events. - Recruit, train, coach, and retain team members, supporting performance management and succession planning initiatives. - Manage staffing levels, rostering, and resource allocation to meet contractual and operational requirements. - Maintain accurate assignment instructions, risk assessments, site records, and operational documentation. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and providing regular operational reports to the Account Manager. - Support the achievement of operational KPIs, cost control objectives, and provide an effective out-of-hours emergency response for urgent incidents and critical events.
