Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Deliver all aspects of site security service support in line with company and government guidance.
- Communicate security requirements clearly with all personnel.
- Plan and prioritise workload to meet operational and business requirements.
- Gather and report security-related data to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain knowledge of current company and government security guidance.
- Manage security records and databases accurately and confidentially.
- Support security investigations and related activities.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle general site enquiries and complaints professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Support awareness, education, and training activities related to security.
- Demonstrate integrity, vigilance, and professionalism whilst identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the Deputy Security Manager or Site Security Manager.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Valid SIA Licence
- DISA (Defence Industry Security Association) qualification required.
- British National due to site security requirements.
- Eligible for and able to maintain DISA compliance.
- Must have the right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work and address history.
- Must have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
