Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Compensation & Benefits THE ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE ACTIVE OR RECENTLY LAPSED SC CLEARANCE Version 1 is looking for a senior Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation & Benefits specialist to lead design and delivery on some of the UK's most significant ERP transformation programmes — including work with organisations like the Bank of England and Birmingham City Council. This isn't a configuration-only role. You'll be the trusted advisor in the room: shaping solution design, challenging client assumptions, and setting the standard for how Comp & Ben is delivered across our Oracle practice. What you'll own - Solution design leadership for Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits, from workshop to go-live - Advising clients on leading practice — not just what Oracle can do, but what they should do - Running and owning design workshops, playbacks, and validation sessions - Fast Formula configuration for complex compensation logic - Onboarding journeys and approval workflow design - Coaching and upskilling colleagues, raising the bar across the practice - Building the kind of client trust that turns a single engagement into a long-term relationship What you bring You will have: - Multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, specifically in Compensation & Benefits - Deep Fast Formula configuration experience - A track record of leading workshops that clients actually value, not just attend - The confidence to advise on leading practice, and the communication skill to bring clients with you - Active SC Clearance, or SC Clearance that has lapsed and can be reactivated If you're already operating at this level and want a practice that matches your ambition — not just another vacancy — we'd like to talk.
