This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a leading engineering consultancy that values Excellence, Accountability, Integrity, and Service. In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a variety of engineering roles — helping us connect exceptional technical talent with major clients such as Airbus, Rolls-Royce, and Thales. Your main responsibilities will include: 🔹 Talent Sourcing & Attraction - Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver effective sourcing strategies. - Use multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals — to attract top-tier engineering talent. 🔹 Screening & Selection - Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit. - Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects. 🔹 Candidate Experience - Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process. - Communicate ALTEN’s culture and values clearly throughout their journey. 🔹 Data & Reporting - Track key recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency. - Share insights and recommendations to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
