Stadia - Kitchen Team Member

As a Kitchen team member you will assist the kitchen staff to prepare and produce food. Reporting to the Head Chef you will be part of the Bar and Catering Team. You will help achieve the highest standard of food production for the Stadium, while meeting customer expectations, health and safety requirements and financial targets. Salary is £13.00 per hour. What you will do - Work with the Kitchen team to produce food for the restaurant and fast food outlets to a high standard; - Ensure orders are read and food prepared according to the time scales provided; - Prepare the fast food areas for service; - Serve food and drink orders in the fast food areas. - Ensure cleaning rotas are followed throughout the food production; - Perform any reasonable requests made by your line manager. To be successful in this role: - You must be over 18 year of age and over to work in our Stadia. - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils. - Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).
