What you’ll do As a Cash Office Retail Assistant, you’ll be directly contributing to the profitability of the store. Here’s what this looks like in action: - Preparing and organising floats, as well as cashing up and balancing tills. - Performing spot checks on all tills, making sure they are supplied with enough change to give our customer’s a seamless experience. - Completing cash lifts with security and members of management. - You’ll carry out safety checks on cash coming in or going out as well as balancing petty cash floats. - You’ll account for all cash at the end of the day. - You’ll also support your store by running reports to look at sales performance throughout the day.
