You are required to provide care for our clients who live in Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach and surrounding areas.

Shift patterns : Morning shifts 08:00am-14:00pm or Late shifts 15:30pm-21:30pm. You will be required to work Alternative weekends.
We currently have the following guaranteed hours available:
● Friday evenings (every week)
● Saturday and Sunday evenings on alternate weekends
For those looking for additional hours, there are opportunities to work on other days and shifts, subject to availability and your preferences.

As a home carer for our clients, you will support with the following:
- Supporting clients with daily task, such as companionship and home help
- Assisting clients with a verity of personal support.
- Support them to travel to routine appointments and days out
- Prompt/support them to take their medication(s)
- Build a supporting relationship with clients and their wider family
- Document when you have completed your tasks
- Provide feedback to support the client’s ongoing person-centred care
- Have a caring nature
- Great communication skills
- willingness to make a difference in someone's life
- A can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own private vehicle
- Work as part of a team but also complete lone working
- Great time keeping
- No prior care experience is needed - full training will be provided
