Account Manager (SC Clearance)

What you'll be doing... As Account Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a large operational team and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the account. You'll: - Lead, coach and develop Site Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and frontline colleagues. - Build trusted relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for operational matters. - Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. - Ensure contractual KPIs, service levels and business objectives are consistently achieved and exceeded. - Manage recruitment, workforce planning and succession planning to maintain a high-performing team. - Foster a culture of engagement, recognition and accountability across the account. - Oversee budgets, resource planning and operational efficiency to deliver strong commercial performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and risk management standards. - Monitor performance, manage incidents and implement corrective actions where required. - Identify opportunities to enhance services, improve customer experience and add value to the account. - Work collaboratively with internal teams and share best practice to support wider business success. What you'll bring... - Experience managing large operational teams within a service-led environment. - A track record of delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction. - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. - Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance metrics. - Experience of driving employee engagement, development and retention. - Knowledges of planning, forecasting and organisational capabilities. - The ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels. - A proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Essential Requirements - Minimum of 3 years' management experience. - Full UK driving licence. - Ability to obtain SC Clearance to operate on clients sites. - Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery. - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of budget management and P&L accountability.
