Michelin-recommended and renowned for its open kitchen theatre, bold flavours, and luxurious yet playful approach to Asian cuisine, Gilpin Spice offers an inspiring platform for culinary creativity.
🍽️ What You’ll Be Doing as a Kitchen Porter:
- Keeps our vibrant kitchen spotless and running smoothly.
- Operates dishwashing equipment and manages kitchen waste.
- Supports chefs with deliveries and basic prep when needed.
- Maintains hygiene and safety standards with precision.
- Acts as a reliable, upbeat presence in a fast-paced environment.
- Reports maintenance issues promptly.
🔪 What We’re Looking For:
- A hard-working team player with great attention to detail.
- Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys a buzzing kitchen.
- A passion for cleanliness and presentation.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Previous kitchen porter experience in a fine dining setting is a bonus, but full training is provided.
